Does it work without WhatsApp?
Yes. Questions also arrive by email, and you can answer every one of them from the dashboard.
What happens if I don't answer in time?
After a minute the visitor can leave their email to get your answer later, or leave their contact details as a lead. Nothing is made up in the meantime.
Can it still say something wrong?
It's instructed to answer only from your facts and to ask you otherwise. You can read every conversation and edit the facts whenever you like.
Which AI does it use?
Claude, by Anthropic. Our plans include the AI usage. With the “Own AI key” plan you connect your Anthropic API key and pay Anthropic for usage directly.
Will it slow my site down?

What do you store about my visitors?
